Privacy Policy

Overview

Cambridge English Language School (CELS) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to provide directly through our forms:

• Contact form — your name, email address, enquiry category, and message.
• Course registration form — your full name, email address, phone number, and the course you're interested in.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify individual visitors. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused human-verification service, which may process your IP address solely to confirm you are not an automated bot.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To process course registrations and follow up regarding enrollment.
• To communicate with you about your registration or enquiry by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Security

Information submitted through our forms is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or process your registration, or as required by applicable record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
